Laos Hotel & Supplier update in November

• Hotel D'Lyon (Luang Prabang) has its ground being built and some rooms are renovated. It is planned to finish by the end of November.
• Apsara River Droite (Luang Prabang) has several rooms renovated and it is expected to finish by the end of November.
• The Grand Hotel (Luang Prabang) The hotel is still under construction and it will be completed by the end of this year
• Sengpachanh 2 Hotel (Vientiane) started to renovate its facilities from September and it is planned to finish by the next 02 months
• All Laos Elephant Camp (Luang Prabang) plans to finish their new hotel and restaurant by the end of November. The new building has 20 equipped rooms with modern and traditional style. Its restaurant nearby is approximated to server total 70 pax. 
• On 08th September 2014, a new fitness center was opened at Belmond La Residence Phou Vao (Luang Prabang). This facility is located in the main building behind the lobby area and is exclusively reserved to our in-house guests on complimentary basis. It features a treadmill, a cross-trainer, an upright bike, a recumbent bike, a Vectra multi-gym station, adjustable bench and a variety of dumbbells.

• My Dream Resort (Luang Prabang) started building 02 new bungalows last month. It is planned to be finished by the end of November.
• Le Bel Air Hotel (Luang Prabang) has been affected by the noise from a construction nearby. The construction is said to be finished in November.
• Laos Airlines increase airport tax for route HAN-LPQ and HAN-VTE  from 16 $ to be 25 $, for tickets which are issued on and after 1 Jan 2015.
• Don Chan Palace (Vientiane): plans to finish the renovation by the end of December. During this period, they still reserve rooms from 1st to 10th floor.
• Luang Prabang Legend Hotel (Luang Prabang): announces new surcharge policy for Holiday period: USD 20 per room per night for: Christmas & New Year, Lao New Year, Chinese New Year and Chinese National Holidays.
